Leaders of a Beautiful Struggle has a methodology around public policy advocacy that comes from a Pan-African perspective. The purpose of the retreat is to give participants an in depth understanding of policy advocacy that is rooted in racial equity.
Logistics (will be emailed to all attendees)
ATTENDANCE: This is not a public event. This is an invitation-only convening. Unless you have corresponded with the team in advance, please do not bring outside guests. In addition to room space & food considerations, it’s extremely important that we get as much work done as possible.
PARKING: You can park behind the Jenkins Building in the parking lot. You will be directed to the lot once you arrive.
CHECK IN: On the first floor of the building, an LBS team member will sign you in and you will be guided to the summit.
FOOD: There will be meals provided each day of the summit. Please ensure that you let us know any diestary restrictions and allergies when you register.
