Nadirah Smith is a passionate Servant-Leader and Activist Administrator who has dedicated her life to the development and strengthening of Black-owned institutions. She has over 15 years of experience in the private business and non-profit sectors of Baltimore where she has served as a program developer, project manager, professional business writer, and human resource trainer.  

As the Chief Operating Officer of Leaders of a Beautiful Struggle, Nadirah “organizes the organizers”.  She is responsible for the administrative operations of the organization, including but not limited, to:

  • screening organizational opportunities;
  • maintaining operational policies and calendars;
  • managing consultant contracts; facilitating funding requests;
  • preparing the documentation and logistics needed to support the programs, innovations, and advocacy efforts of LBS

Nadirah is the behind-the-scenes vision manifester who prioritizes order, structure, and clear communication in her work.
